Before you Make topics or posts on anything else you must Create your Ninja by signing up.You can create custom Jutsu's and make a clan if you have at least 3 People to join it.Villages have a required rank to make them,and you need to give reason to make one.They are 4 Current villages.Use the villages given in the Naruto rpg page.Note that some ranks have contests and a required amount of post to get in....Please always be active or else you will be taking up space.If you have suggestions PLEASE Post what you think we should upgrade,delete,change and create in the Suggestions forum.
