Jutsus:( For Costume jutsus, give detail!!)

History/Background Story:( Your character's story. Detailed information preferred! )

sure, you just need to copy the template, fill out the information that is on the template, post it under a new topic and then i'll check it out and then you can be ur own ninja, if you want to have ur own clan, then go to creating and go to clan creation.
